Inette & Tom
Inette and Tom didn’t really do things by the book — and that was kind of the point.
The day started getting ready at the Alex Hotel in Northbridge before heading over to their wedding at Museum Boola Bardip. There were no formal bridal portraits or carefully choreographed moments — just the two of them, their people, a lot of quiet in-between moments and a party beneath the iconic whale skeleton.
Shot on 35mm film and digital, the photos are candid, a little nostalgic and intentionally unstaged. As a wedding photographer, these are the kind of days I love photographing most — weddings with their own rhythm, where the best photographs tend to happen when nobody is trying too hard.
